你搵工?定工搵你?

有求職者搵工時採用「大包圍」策略,即係 send 海量嘅 CV 出去,諗住跟據 大數理論 一定有 interview,但好多時每日都係乾等,等到灰。

我無意挑戰「大包圍」策略,但預期藥石亂投等運到,有冇諗過可以主動出擊?

小弟嘅搵工經驗頗為豐富(實為 jumpy),除咗睇各大 job board (jobsdb, careertimes etc),我會鎖定一啲我有興趣嘅公司,o係 Linkedin map 哂佢地相關嘅 function in-charge, send invite 比佢地,然後 inbox 自薦。

當然,invite 及 inbox msg 要寫得有技考,切忌急進、太 hardsell / pushy 嘅話冇 feedback 實為正常賽果。

「有冇用先?」你一定會 challenge。

實證=:幾年前,小弟 Linkedin inbox 收到一個 Head of HR 嘅 job invitation msg,佢係我之前 map 番黎嘅。而用呢個方法,我亦獲得不下 10 個 interviews。
